I thought Packet 8 was doing me a favor by taking over my phone line when Sunrocket bailed but it was no favor.  They billed my credit card twice and sent me two modems.  They won't take the charge off my card till I send back the Modem AT MY OWN EXPENSE.  Plus the service and features is NO COMPARISON to what Sunrocket offered.  Sunrocket may have left me high and dry but at least while they were in business they gave me great service.  Packet8 has me locked in.  I can't cancel and get ANY of my money back so I am stuck with them for the year I paid for.  I just read on the new postings that another VOIP provider is about to go belly up and recommend Packet 8.  If you are a customer of that provider RUN AWAY FROM PACKET8 AND DON'T LOOK BACK.
